KEYNOTE SPEAKER
KALEB DAHLGREN
Quad 4's keynote speaker is Kaleb Dahlgren, a Canadian hockey player who was former assistant captain of the Humboldt Broncos. Kaleb is known as one of the 13 survivors of the 2018 Humboldt Broncos bus crash. He recently published a book that gives the history of his team and also details the events of the bus crash he survived. After leaving the hospital, he enrolled at York University and joined the York Lions varsity hockey team. He is also the founder of Dahlgren’s Diabeauties, a program that supports children diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.

Waneek Horn-Miller
Waneek Horn-Miller, born in Montreal, is a Mohawk from Kahnawake. She is known for being co-captain of Canada’s first Olympic women’s water polo team, and a gold medalist at the 1999 Pan American Games.She is also a very well-known activist for Indigenous rights, as well as a mentor and advocate for youth involvement in sports. She was also recognized by The Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women and Sport and Physical Activity as one of the most influential women in sports.

Scott Hammell
Scott Hammell has been a professional entertainer since 1998. He holds a total of four Guinness World records, all of them relating to magic, and dangerous stunts. In the two decades that he has been performing, he has performed all around the globe, from Canada to Australia. Today, he is known for doing motivational speeches, storytelling, filmmaking, and still keeping in touch with his roots as a stunt artist and magic.
